ResDiary Bookings

  • We kindly request to hold your card details during the booking process to secure your table. In the case that you cancel your table 24 hours in advance, we will not charge your credit card. On the contrary, if you cancel your table less than 24 hours in advance or not show up for your table, we will charge £20 per person to your credit card. If you are more that 15 mins late for your table ResDiary will cancel your booking.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation at our discretion. 

Cancellation Fees

  • All payment card details are held, and any cancellation fees will be processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd. who act on behalf of P.B Development Company Ltd. For full details of Stripe’s policy, please visit http://stripe.com/gb/privacy

Christmas Bookings

  • We do not accept festive bookings through ResDiary. Please email vovem@pbdevco.com to make a booking. 

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify any reservation at our discretion.

Allergens

  •  Our food menu contains our allergens index. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please also ensure that you also speak about the ingredients in your food and drink order with your server before you order.

Licensing 

  • As a licensed premises, Vovem Meat & Liquor places the utmost importance on staff and customer safety. As such, we operate Challenge 25 whereby if you are lucky enough to look younger than 25, please be prepared to prove your age with either a UK driving licence or passport.  

  • We support the responsible consumption of alcohol on our premises and reserve the right to refuse service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Our Management and Door Stewards reserve the right to refuse entry regardless of having a table booked within the venue.

  • We have a zero tolerance regarding drug use on the premises.  Customers suspected of dealing or using drugs will be asked to the leave the venue immediately and reported to Police Scotland.

  • CCTV is in operation throughout Vovem Meat & Liquor.  

  • Vovem Meat & Liquor will not be held responsible for any theft or loss of belongings that may occur within the venue.

Promotions & Special Offers

  • Promotions, discounts, and special offers advertised on the website are bound by specific terms. These may be withdrawn or modified at any time, without notice.

Specials

  • Each special is valid on the days specified only. Some dates may not apply; ask a member of staff for details. Please specify upon booking and when ordering your meal if you intend to apply one of our specials to your order. Vovem Meat & Liquor reserves the right to cancel or amend its specials at any time.

Gift Vouchers

  • Vovem Meat & Liquor Gift Vouchers are subject to our terms and conditions of use. Use of your Vovem Meat & Liquor Gift Vouchers constitutes acceptance of these terms of use. Vovem Meat & Liquor and P.B Development Company Ltd reserve the right to update and change the terms of use of our gift vouchers at any time.

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The Gift Voucher start date will be stated upon the accompanying receipt with the Gift Voucher and cannot be used after that date.

  • Gift Vouchers are posted at your own risk. Posted gift vouchers will be sent first class standard mail.

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.

  • Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other denomination of card. Gift Vouchers do not have a cash value and no change will be given.

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any special promotions or coupons.

  • Gift Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without the consent of Vovem Meat & Liquor. If we do provide consent, then such consent may be subject to terms and conditions.

  • Vovem Meat & Liquor Gift Vouchers remain the property of Vovem Meat & Liquor who maintain the right to cancel the Gift Vouchers where deemed necessary.

  • Vovem Meat & Liquor reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Vouchers as payment where it reasonably suspects the Gift Voucher may have been stolen, duplicated or forged.  

Bottomless Bubbles

  • Available every day between 12:00-16:00.

  • Top-Ups every 15mins starting from the time of reservation.

  • Tables are booked for a maximum of 120mins only.

  • Vovem Meat & Liquor promotes responsible drinking and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
